Cosmo Cricket Goodness

I spent some time today playing with the Cosmo Cricket collection, "2wenty-Thr3e".  I just love this retro  line with just a hint of a Studio Calico vibe.  It is this sheet that had me smitten.

I knew I wanted to do a LO about reading.

Here is the sketch I used from the Echo Park blog.

Happy Scrapping!!  Jen  :)

  1. You are right.. this is the perfect paper for that page. I love all of your layers and bits. Glad you got some scrappy time. I used to read all the time. Now, I read very little for me. Mostly books to Ben (with the occasional newspaper article, etc.).

  2. Aha! A page about reading! And what a lovely one it is. I have a sheet of that paper saved, you are inspring me to get it out and actually use it

  3. Another lovely layout. When I look at all the new product you use to scrap I am slightly jealous. A few months ago I decided that I HAVE to use up my ever growing stash, or at least get it to acceptable levels before I buy any new stock...and so far I have been strong;-)

  4. UGH!! Jennifer, you are making me fall in love with this line!! :) I actually forgot about it in the frenzy of all of the other CHA releases...but I am thinking I just might have to get some of this one now. Perfect line to go with your photo and I love the way you used the EP sketch!!

  5. Ann

Jennifer: What a awesome Lo of READING I love the layout, bright colors, bits
and pieces. I love to read the Toronto Star & especially books by The Queen of Suspense a great author by the name of Mary Higgins Clarke. All stories are so interesting and it is so hard to put the book down. All your last Lo's have been so great.

  6. What a great idea for a LO! I should do one of my Kobo Touch! :) I'm heading to Edmonton in a week to mark diploma exams (and see Russell Peters! :) and I can't wait to hit up the LSS! :)
